All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Backups are encrypted with separate keys.

Your data never leaves the European Union. Servers are hosted in certified EU data centres.

Udentis is built GDPR-first. We are the data processor; your clinic is the controller. Full DPA available on request.
Role-based access control
Define exactly who can see patient records and financial data. Every action is logged in an immutable audit trail.

НЗИС transmissions are authenticated, encrypted and logged. We keep a copy of every submission for your records.
Automated daily backups
Full database backups run every 24 hours. Point-in-time recovery is available for the past 30 days.
