Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Udentis dental practice management platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Udentis provides a web-based software platform for dental clinic management including appointment scheduling, patient record management, treatment tracking, invoicing and related features. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to process data outside the scope of dental practice management, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, transmit malicious code, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We process it solely to provide the service. On cancellation, you may export your data at any time. We delete data within 30 days of account closure.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and will notify you in advance of planned maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Udentis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia.
