Set up in three steps

    Download and install

    Choose your operating system above and run the installer. Drag Udentis to Applications on Mac, or follow the setup wizard on Windows.

  2. 2

    Connect your Udentis account

    Open the app and sign in with your clinic credentials. The desktop app links securely to your Udentis workspace.

  3. 3

    Sign with your КЕП

    Insert your qualified certificate and card reader. When Udentis needs a signature, the desktop app handles it and returns the signed document automatically.

Installation troubleshooting

macOS: "Udentis.app is damaged"?

If macOS says the app is damaged and can't be opened, you can fix it with one command in Terminal.

Open Terminal

Press ⌘ Command + Space, type Terminal, then press Enter. Or open Applications → Utilities → Terminal.

Run this command

xattr -cr /Applications/Udentis.app

After it runs, try opening Udentis again from Applications. We're aware of this issue and are working on a permanent solution.

Pro tip

If the command completes without errors, Udentis should open normally from your Applications folder.

Windows: "Windows protected your PC"?

Because Udentis Desktop is not yet signed with a Microsoft certificate, SmartScreen may block the installer. The app is safe to run. Follow these steps to install it.

    Download the installer

    When the download finishes, open the udentis_desktop_setup.exe file from your Downloads folder.

  2. 2

    Click "More info"

    If Windows SmartScreen shows a blue warning saying "Windows protected your PC", click the "More info" link underneath the warning text.

  3. 3

    Click "Run anyway"

    A "Run anyway" button will appear. Click it to proceed with the installation.

  4. 4

    Complete the setup wizard

    Follow the on-screen prompts to finish installing Udentis Desktop. Once done, launch it from the Start menu.

Pro tip

You only need to bypass SmartScreen once during installation. After that, Udentis Desktop launches normally from the Start menu.
