We send you a simple checklist for your current software, DinoDent export, Excel templates, or CSV from your legacy system. Most clinics complete this in under an hour.
We import and map your data
Our team imports patients, odontogram data, treatment history, supplier contacts and document attachments. We map dentist ЛПК codes and НЗИС identities so reporting works from day one.
You review in a test environment
Before anything goes live, you verify a sample of patient records side by side with your old system. We fix any gaps before your team touches production data.
Go live with a parallel week (optional)
Many clinics run Udentis alongside their old system for one week to build confidence. When you are ready, Udentis becomes your single source of truth.
